She specialises in EDM marketing, strategic and annual planning, social media management and web development.

Extensive H&S, Risk and Auditing experience in various industries including mining, manufacturing, healthcare, small business and not for profit organisations within an International and Australian environment.

JAYDEN SEET

Work Health and Safety Consultant

Jayden has practised Health, Safety and Wellbeing for more than seven years across various roles. His professional experiences led to Jayden leading a national health, safety and wellbeing team within WA’s largest Health and Aged Care provider through the COVID-19 pandemic crisis.

Career achievements include the design of wellbeing programs awarded with the national NSCA Wellbeing Award, and being the IPAA Leader of the Year working within a Division/Team/Organisation state finalist in 2021.

Jayden has a double majors degree in Sport Science, Exercise and Health, as well as Chief Warden, ICAM and Auditor credentials; and continues to grow his expertise with further studies in law.

Maddi is an experienced industrial and employment relations consultant who can provide accurate advice and interpretation on industrial agreements, policies, and awards.

She is able to identify and manage relatable risks to resolve complex workplace issues and grievances, including but not limited to, undertaking workplace investigations, advice on managing performance, interpersonal conflict, misconduct, and all disciplinary matters.

With experience in generalist HR, Work Health and Safety, and Industrial Relations, Courtney has worked across multiple industries including not-for-profits, the health industry, and the schooling sector.

During her five years in Human Resources, Courtney has developed a breadth of knowledge, and is able to effectively assist and advise on topics including successful recruitment processes, employee management, hands on health and safety matters, as well as many more aspects of HR

An Employee Relations Advisor with experience working in both corporate and educational settings. Ari is currently studying a Certificate IV in Legal Services and a Bachelor of Arts majoring in Law and Society and Business Law at the University of Western Australia.

Ari is passionate about partnering with clients to understand their needs and to facilitate HR processes that enable them to succeed in business including in the areas of recruitment, maintaining HRIS systems, legal research in the areas of employee/industrial relations and drafting of HR and other legal documents/briefs.
